Digital world is a full of distractions, which are necessarily to be avoided as much as possible to improve your lifestyle, physical — mental health, fulfill your dreams and achieve your goals.

To avoid distractions from you phone and the digital gadgets you can follow the steps given below:

  • Try to perform Meditation every morning for atleast 5–10 minutes.

  • Don't recharge if not neccasary.
  • Deactivate Social Media Accounts.
  • Uninstall the apps you are spending maximum.
  • Spend more time with your family members, friends, etc.
  • Try reading books.
  • Give time to your favourites and hobbies.
  • Keep yourself engaged in some interesting activities.
